Management
The management of acoustic neuroma consist of following:

- Observation: It is a wathful waiting in which wait is done to surgery and radiotherapy.

- Surgical Therapy:

- Retrosigmoid/sub-occipital: The opening in made in the skull in the back part of head to remove cancer.

- Translabyrinthine: In this surgery the incision is made in back Side Area of ear. More than 3 cm tumors are removed by this surgery.

- Radiation therapy:

- Single fraction stereotactic radiosur-gurgery (SRS): It include delivery of hundreds of small beams canal.

- Multi-session fractionated stereotactic radiotherapy (FRS): In this therapy low doses of radiations are given.
